At present: From 5th March 2017 till date, working as a HOD Mechanical in DIAMOND CEMENT SA, GUINEA, for a new plant of 2000TPD at SOUGATHA

For the same period worked in elevated position too: PROJECT HEAD

From 04-10-2000 to March 2017 at PANYAM CEMENTS: Worked in various sections. Also worked from Engineer level to Manager Projects & Developments In-charge for running plant. Took major role in the expansion of new pre-heater at El+108M (2000 TPD)

Achievements:

DESIGNED a new type of SILO EXTRACTION SYSTEM for NEW BLENDING SYSTEM and MODIFICATION DONE to PADDLE MIXER to achieve Homogeneous mixture with a perfection of 1% variation in lime, There by REDUSING ANOTHER PSC MIXING UNIT PROJECT COST of 1CRORE INVESTMENT

DESIGNED Fabrication & Erection for a new GRINDING UNIT nearby PANYAM CEMENTS OWNED by NANDI GROUP: PROJECT COST of 9 CRORES

DESIGNED Fabrication & Erection for a new RAW MILL AIR SEPERATOR FAN WITH WHICH THE PRODUCTION of RAW MILL WAS AUGMENTED BY 50%

REALLIGNED a collapsed (SEPERATED at the CENTRE of MILL having a length of 14Mt, diameter of 2.5Mt) CEMENT MILL

Designed and executed a PROJECT to minimize the unit power consumption of CEMENT

From September 1996 to April 2004: As a Mechanical contractor, supplied manpower supply and rate contracts in INDIA CEMENTS CHILAMAKUR (earlier CORAMANDAL CEMENT), and ZUARI CEMENT (CIVIL, MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL CONTRACTS for their 2nd PLANT EXPANSION) and their running plant maintenance

From 1995 to 1997: Worked as a Mechanical Contractor for TMT (INDIA) Pvt.Ltd, VASANTH NAGAR, KURNOOL, Andhra Pradesh, India. The duties carried out are maintenance of PAPER MACHINERY, BOILERS, Fabrication and pre-assembly of machinery parts

From 1994 to 1995: Worked as a site engineer and also drawn P&I drawings for the approval of Director of boilers under VIVEK ENGINNERING (6 no’s of husk fired boilers)

From 1993 to 1994: Worked as Site Engineer at HI-TECH Carbon, RENUKOOT, UTTAR PRADESH (INDIAN RAYON GROUP), erected DRIER, POWER GENERATION BOILER with 3MW TRIVENI make turbine and BOILER STACK OF 100Mt height on behalf of TMT (INDIA) Ltd., VASANTH NAGAR, KURNOOL
