Approval level 2 of module stock via Clinicom.

Assist the Area Manager with Supply Chain Management (Authorising requisitions, check stock reports, assist with losses and assets, theft, ensure correct procedures).

Assist with allocated budget (planning, financial reports, expenditure and stock).

Responsible for the maintenance and management of the office equipment incl. Manager’s Office.

Communicate (verbal and written) between Area Manager, Operational Managers and other sections within the hospital.

Delivery of optimal commercial benefits to the Department
