PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2017- Present

Maintenance Technician, EIT.LLC

Oversees maintenance of all plants machines and equipment

including WAVE soldering machines, point to point soldering machines, PCB board washer, MPM printers, SMT ovens etc.

Working with engineers on design and building of new tooling for different processes, upgrade of current equipment and resolving all technical and practical problems in all areas to improve quality and manufacturing efficiency

Involved in LEAN manufacturing and safety.

In charge of building maintenance, waste management and material/tool purchasing

2015 - 2017

Maintenance Engineer, SANMINA SCI

Oversees maintenance of number of different types of machines and equipment

including WAVE soldering machines, ERSA point to point soldering machines, PCB board washer etc.

In charge of creating process profiles for soldering machines and programs for ERSA point to point soldering, also creating profiles for Press-fit machines.

Involved in purchasing installing and debugging new equipment for new customers and new processes and creation of necessary documentation for same.

Involved in development of new documentation including SOP-s, VA-s and Material prep-sheets

A key member of a team of ten in charge of transitioning the light fixture manufacturing process from Manchester, NH to Juarez, Mexico. Project is scheduled to end March 31st, 2015.

Oversees manufacturing equipment disassembly in Manchester, NH and assembly and rebuilt of the same at the new location.

Oversees equipment testing and troubleshooting to insure compliance with manufacturing regulations and safety procedures.

Trains and mentors two production staff members assigned to take over handling the process after the transfer period and extensive training is complete.
