All new hire and administrative paperwork, purchase orders, payroll process, maintenance of 35 trucks and training of 30+ drivers to meet our contractual obligations with FedEx, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Compliance Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Responsible for demand planning and forecasting growth through analyzing historical volume trends, while adding warehouse staffing to ensure packages are loaded sequentially to enable our drivers to deliver packages in the most effective manner based on proper mapping, routing and business delivery and pickup time requirements.
Awarded a Primary Service Area (PSA) by FedEx for improved service levels. This recognition allowed the purchase of additional delivery service areas, which grew the business from $700,000 to $1.5mil a year.
oResponsible for P&L and maintained labor cost to within 50%, fuel cost within 12% and maintenance cost within 5.5% of revenues, while increasing profits to 18-20% a month.

Hired to manage all supply chain and quality assurance opportunities in an 85K sq.ft. warehouse facility where containers of frozen seafood products and fresh fish from their South American plants are processed for distribution throughout the US.
Alfa-Gamma’s supply chain operations were streamlined to just 65 associates including qualified Commercial Driver’s Licence (CDL) class A drivers that all used HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Quality and Inventory Control processes to handle up to 150,000 pounds of fillets, loins and steaks per day in their state of the art temperature-controlled processing facility.
Responsibilities included capturing data, documenting procedures, analysing and developing recommendations for solutions to their inbound logistics, transportation, quality assurance and distribution activities, while documenting expectations, establishing KPI’s and accountability training of their management personnel.
