Design Engineer

1) Installed Chiller, Cooling tower, Air handling Unit, Fan Coil Unit, Duct and Pipe. 2) Duct, Grill, Diffuser and Piping were designed by AutoCAD. Additionally, cooling load, areas of duct, grill, diffuser were calculated by Excel program. 3) Indoor and outdoor unit of variable refrigeration flow (VRF), copper tube and refnet joint were selected by Daikin’s manual.

4) Interpreted designs and schematics and reviewed drawings and sketched to support maintenance procedures, change orders and calculated estimations. 5) Prepared bill of Materials and Technical specifications for purchase items and verified parts numbers matched design requirements. 6) Directed and guided a small team of Mechanical technicians and planned equipment layouts to optimize workflows.

7) Generated and distributed documentation records, including status reports, material requirement calculations and hydraulic calculations to team members.
