Title
An Investigation Of The Effects Of Process Parameters On Surface Roughness And MRR In Turning Operation Of SS304 In CNC Lathe
Design And Fabrication Of Automatic Pnumatic Glass Grinding Machine
Objective
The Objective Of Our Project Is To Investigate The Effect Of Process Parameters In Turning Of SS304 Austenitic Stainless Steels In a CNC Lathe By Using Coated Carbide Tool
The Objective Of Our Project Mates Innovate Quality And Knowledge We Have Decided To Design And Fabricate A New Machine Namely Pneumatic Glass Grinding Machine
Conclusion
From This Experiment Of Effect Of Spindle Speed, Feed Rate And Depth Of Cut Surface Roughness And Material Removal Rate Of SS304 It May Be Concluded That The Better Surface Finish May Be Achieved By Turning SS304 At Low Feed Rate And Depth Of Cut With Low Spindle Speeds.
In The Pneumatic Glass Grinding Machine Variable Speeds Can Be Obtained By Adjusting The Timer Device And Pressure Of The Compressed Air. Since The Mechanism Is So Simple And Versatile It Can Be Handled By Any Operator, Constriction Of The Unit Is Very Simple.
