Product Overview:

A Disconnector, or isolator switch is used to ensure that an electrical circuit is completely de-energized for service or maintenance. It operates within the circuit in little or no-load condition. It provides a visible isolating point to ensure crew safety while performing maintenance.

PROJECT 1: Development of 170kV PG Disconnector

Concept modeling detailed drawings done in Creo

Participated in the design reviews

links in making pantograph linkage design through Creo & Pro Mechanica

Final BOM release

PROJECT 2: 550kV Knee Type Disconnector- Components development

Responsibilities: As a Team member Representating department

Designed and developed Mechanical Interlock for the Earth Switch

Motion Analysis done using Pro Mechanica

Finalized the part drawings and its materials specifications as per the IS,DIN

Proto type build and functional check of the Interlock

Supported manufacturing teams by documenting and correcting the problems associated

during first proto build

PROJECT 3: Development Ice protection device for 245/420kV as per the requirement
