Looking after the maintenance of RAW MILL, KILN & COOLER section electrical systems.

Day to day planning and Job execution.

Responsible for Breakdown and planned maintenance and process productivity

Maintenance of, LT switchgears, PCC, MCC (SIEMENS).

Procurement of components, Equipments & selection of venders for components Equipments with Techno commercial comparison for cost saving and better technology.

Responsible for New modification and Co-ordination with vendors and contract manpower.

Operation & Maintenance of COOLER ESP (Alstom) from electrical & as well as mechanical side.

Replacement of bimetallic relay from C&S electronic relay in all LT motors.

Responsible for kiln and cooler section CAPEX jobs.

Responsible for annual shut down planning and execution.

Maintenance and troubleshooting of VVVF panel(ABB).

* Successful commissioning and trouble shutting of of ABB VVVFD drives up to 12 pulse 2150 KVA kiln main drive.
