Be responsible for undertaking the design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations in accordance with electrical and plumbing standards. Oversee and manage the operation and maintenance of the following:

- Fire suppression systems

- Electrical cables and wiring

- Facility electrical utility equipment and distribution lines

- Lighting/switches/receptacles/air conditioning units

- Generators and power distribution / breaker panels

- Electrical distribution systems

- Motors/pumps/cables/wiring and all other electrical systems
