Profile

Throughout my career I was always in close contact with customers. As Freelance Analyst as the most important part of my job was the interaction with customers and users of my services relieving their needs and / or new requirements. In other job as head of the area of technology, was in charge of the tasks of presales and marketing resources and/or services to customers and partners for both the client’s own projects/partner as well as for presenting products or services themselves, relieving the customer needs to adapt the services offered to meet the needs of the project. In my last job, an important part of my job was that of being in charge of negotiations for media server maintenance with service providers as well as participate in the negotiations for the purchase of new hardware and/or services. Another important part of my duties were those of interfacing with development teams relieving the technical needs and giving them support at the operating system and database. Today in GDCA, I have a close relationship with other IBM teams within the account to work (American Express) as well as with application development teams and teams or support from other companies dependent.

In all cases, the interaction with the customer/user is critical to me, because the quality of service I provide depends on the relationship with customers and / or users to get to providing a professional service that meets your needs and giving me the possibility of growth in my profession.

In 1983 I began developing and maintaining business applications on servers with CB80 Z80 operating system CPM, MPM, and Turbo DOS. Later in 1985 I worked on MS DOS RM Cobol, MS and MS Basic Cobol Compiler

(Bodegas Peñaflor Allsoft). In 1988/1989 I started working with RM Cobol, MS Cobol, Informix 4GL Informix SQL Forms and XENIX operating systems III, AT & T Unix servers ALTOS, SCO XENIX system V (Microstar).
