Top worth Urja and Metals ltd. is the Manufacturing of power, sponge iron, MS Billt’ and TMT Bar’s having Induction furnace (make- Inductotherm) of 12 MT with three Panels and six crucibles, and crane’s (make- Saico) 5-no of crane’s 10 Ton capacity 2-no of 32 Ton capacity, CCM (Con Cast India) 6/11MTR radius 2 strand CCM.

Handling of Project :-

1. Induction furnace : Make:- inductotherm - of 12 MT with two crucible erection and installation

of work is completed. All work done with in two years.

2. Hot Billet shearing machine:- in house we are manufactured and commissioning of 02 nos of Hot billet shearing machine and these machines are successively run and giving more efficient result and having more profit to our company.

Job Responsibilities:-

1) Would be handling the mechanical maintenance and capable to handle shift and also general shift activities like planning, spare management, spare procurement planning.

2) New spare parts development by machining and indenting of material to minimize the breakdown time.

3) Improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness of machines & equipments; involved in improving yield by eliminating root cause of defect.

4) Maintenance of Induction Furnace 12 MT (Make:- inductotherm)

5) Maintenance of 32 ton and 12 ton EOT cranes.(make- saico)

6) Maintenance of pumps and pipe line work.

7) Maintenance work done according to given schedule and as per instructions.

Notable Contributions:-

Ensuring defect free product during process inspection & working by employing defect prevention methods and mistake proofing techniques.

Responsible for Product & Process Audit & CFA (Customer Focus audit).

Responsible for to solve all issue on Shop floor related to Maintenance & Production.

Responsible for daily Maintenance meeting, Rejection meeting & Clearance of all Maintenance (Break Down & Preventive )

Root cause analysis of problems through 7QC TOOLS.
