Required the movement of £1.5 Billion in card balances, client agreement re-papering, and risk / compliance gap remediation. Also required cross functional coordination to establish the product within a new legal entity and ensure zero disruption in operational or financial position.

• Transitioned operations from Secaucus, NJ to Tampa, FL against an aggressive office closure deadline. Project required process mapping, gap remediation, and discretionary management due to workforce reduction associated with the transition.

• Managed the transition of all transaction processing and card production to a target platform before the legacy platform closure. Project required program management and effective communication across all levels of management due to the high-risk effort across 850,000 cardholders, 17 Bank Identification Numbers (BINs), and 500 clients.
