Title : Medi Tracker

Role : Developer

This Project is all about bringing the patient and doctor together in an accountable healthcare system using internet technology .This is all about maintaining the health records of the patient in an e-form. The records may include demographics of the patient, patient vitals (like height, weight, BMI sugar levels, heart pulse etc.) the history of the allergies the patient had faced, history of medication the user followed. Documents are collected using e-fax mechanism. Upload of documents into the respective user's account is done automatically.

At every encounter with doctors of particular patient, have a care plan reconciled to keep patient and all of doctors of that on the same page. Establish goals and follow up so patients have his doctor’s care recommendations with patient after leave and follow up to assure that treatment was effective.

Roles and Responsibilities in the Project:

Involved in Gathering Requirements Understanding, Development and Unit Testing.

Involved in Developing the different modules like Patient, Admin, and Doctor.

Provide validations for login and registration modules.

Developed hbm files and POJO classes.

Environment : JDK 1.7, Hibernate, NetBeans 7.0, Oracle 10g.
