Job Responsibilities:
To Perform Medical Billing for offshore doctors.
Maintaining patient’s privacy and confidentiality at all the times.
To communicate with patients regarding any missing information like the bio-data or the previous medical history.
Timely and error free medical bills entry and posting of the reimbursement received from insurances.
To bill patients for the amount of copay, co-insurance or the deductible which insurance covers under the patient’s responsibility.
Provide guidance to the patients to update their insurance policies, whenever needed.
Receiving patient calls and providing the required information.
To tele converse with insurance companies for claim follow up.
To tele converse with clients (doctors) in USA.
To keep informed of all changes in the rules & regulations of insurance companies & regularly update the Team Leader.
To Research/Analyze & prepare appeals when claims are rejected.
Follow up the claims denied by healthcare insurances by taking corrective actions as per denial codes.
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of the clients.
Communications with insurances and clients to manage the revenue cycle.

Defining & developing rules according to provider’s billing instructions and insurance guidelines.
Testing of RBS rules development modules.
