Managed, coordinated the construction of process equipment, columns, towers, chillers, boilers, reactors and all associated piping and instrumentation. Development of work packages related to construction process assemble and work force needs. Developed and tracked daily and monthly performance towards plans and targets. Reporting of progress to client.
Development of unit operation training manuals for process units. Development of the process relating to Simultaneous Operations (SIMOP) coordination between contractors and operational groups.
Conducted Risk Assessments and PSSR toward safe start up and operations of processes. Development of training presentation for processes, hazardous material and emergency responses. Presented material to all contractors, operations and outside agencies.
