JOB DUTIES:

Accounting Manger

■ Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.

Auditor

■ Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule

■ Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures

■ Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they recorded appropriately

■ Prepare audit plans based on process discussions with auditors for areas assigned by Head - Internal Audit

■ Ensure adequate coverage for establishing effectiveness of internal controls so that processes operate with operational and financial integrity

■ Come up with recommendations that are value adding and practical and significantly improve on current operations

■ Highlight potential risks and quantify either value at stake or improvement potential wherever applicable

■ Exercise discretion in the review of records to ensure confidentiality

■ Payroll

Senior Accountant:

■ Handle all day-to-day expenses/revenues.

■ Develop and maintain procedures for accurate data entry into the company's financial systems.

■ Manage the banking relationships, bank reconciliation, cash flows.

■ Responsible for payroll checking and to ensure its correctness.

■ Responsible of all communications with banks, governmental departments and auditors.

■ Monitor expenses and track the budget of each project.

■ Review all financial related issues in all contracts, orders, and vouchers.

■ Create month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing reports.

■ Prepare/handle other financial reports, analysis and duties as assigned.

■ A/R and A/P controller including, preparation of invoices, payment requisitions, balances, follow-up and ensure Invoices payment in a timely manner.

■ participating in preparing chart of accounts and construction of accounting system.

■ Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements reports Bank & AR & AP Accountant:

■ administer the day-to-day Accounting activities, including data entry, edit list verification, P&L, GL, and month end.

■ Prepare payment voucher/receipt vouchers and other administrative work.

■ Supervision of Day to Day Cash transactions, payment runs and cheque/bank transfer preparation.

■ Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements

■ Preparing month-end Bank reconciliation schedules and reports for management review.

■ Petty Cash Control (Delivery and Receipt).

■ Check and Fill Bank Situation Excel Sheet and Online Bank Statement.
