Aircraft and Ordnance Maintenance Knowledge
Conducted daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs of multi-million-dollar military aircrafts, missiles systems, ordnance, equipment, and mechanical components. Provided and scheduled pre and post flight checks, routine preventative upkeep, testing, missile and ordnance assembly and disassembly, repairs, and modification.
Oversaw military flight line in daily maintenance, repairs, set-up and operations of missiles, rockets, ammunitions, weapons systems and other ordnance to ensure that all equipment and maintenance coincided with flight line schedule and weapons and ordnance testing. Responsible for work product quality on flight line and in shop as the Quality Assurance Safety Observer and Unit Safety Representative. Coordinated necessary repairs and preventative maintenance.
Provided and managed assembly, disassembly, modification, and repairs of new and fleet return missiles and ordnance.
Prepared fighter jets for training exercises and overseas missions by configuring pylons, gun and ammunitions, missiles, rockets, and other ordnance. Prepared ordnance for military operations by cutting detonation cords, loading charge caps, mixing and applying compounds, mating of motors and equipment, and assembling all necessary materials.
Diagnosed and trouble shot routine and sudden problems to ordnance and missile systems and precisely determined the course of action for repairs quickly and efficiently in high pressure and liability situations within domestic and overseas military operations.
Ability to build, repair, modify, and calibrate complex aircraft and ordnance mechanical assemblies, avionics systems, missiles, weapons, and other military defense equipment through the use of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment.

Ordnance Inventory Maintenance and Reporting
