Supply Chain Manager October, 2015 – Present

"El-Seif Engineering" is spread across entire Gulf. It's head office is in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). Basically 'El-Seif Engineering' is in construction field. Having staffs strength of more than 100K, 'El-Seif Engineering' is 2nd largest contracting company in Saudi Arabia. During my period with 'El-Seif Engineering', I have had handled more than 100 staffs, worked in 30K/40K sft. Warehouse area and handled inventory value of more than SAR 20 M.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Developed and implemented SOP for Purchase, Warehouse & Logistics movement.

Implemented & monitored KPI, 5S and Lean technique in warehouse.

Implemented minimum stock level technique & forecast of demand module.

Coordination with all units & streamlined procurement & logistics activity.

Further reduction of purchase cost by finding out scope with the help of external resources.

Performed import activity as per project requirement with the help of freight forwarder.

Being headquarter in Italy, Danieli is a multi national company having great contribution towards metal industry. Contribution involves designing, manufacturing machines & spares, EPC for plants, after sales service, automation etc. I had started my professional career with "Danieli" as sr. executive in the year 2005. Then step by step I was promoted to Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager and lastly in the year 2010, I got the position of "Supply Chain Manager".
