Tallying of external and mirror Balance to ensure that all statement of Nostro & OCS ( Outward clearing suspense) accounts are received and uploaded properly in NRS (Nostro reconciliation system), Bal curr,follow-up with correspondent corrbank on statements.

Branch assignment of external entries in Nostro & OCS accounts both auto & manual.

Matching debit & credit of entries in nostro & ocs a/c.

Investigation of outstanding entries in Nostro & OCS a/c to mark to respective department.

Rising with correspondent Corr-bank for unidentified debits & credits in reconciliation statements.

Escalation with departments for outstanding entries beyond three days.

Making day to day MIS reports & tracker.

Monitoring of unclaimed accounts.

Transfer or Mark manual entry of fake, short & cut note to customer & make such type of note tracker with note number.
