ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing a LV Panels with customer SLD and Preparation of Power Diagram & Schematic Diagram and basic GA for the customer.

• With customer SLD making a rough GA for the customer, send to respective Engineers for correction and making changes if applicable.

• Calculating the breaker sizes and allotting the number of breakers for each cubicle in the panel.

• Choosing the breakers ratings matching with customers ratings from GE catalogues.

• Choosing each breakers part number from GE catalogues with ratings and customer requirements.

• Doing Bus Bar sizing Calculation, Load Calculation and Heat Dissipation Calculations.

• Choosing the Form design for construction of panels and choosing the mounting detail of panels (wall/Floor) with weight of the panel

• Determining the Height, Weight and Depth of the panels.

• Providing the Protection relays like Under/Over Voltage relay, over current relay, Earth Fault relay and Earth Leakage relay and also Contacts if the customer requirement meets.

• Choosing the other components with respective manufacturers with customer requirement like Lamps, Fuse, Switch and MCB’s.

• Performing the Base Design for the panels and provide to the customer for the corrections/changes.

• After received changes/corrections from customer, then performing the detail design for the panels.

• Have worked in Projects of 132/33/13.8/11KV Substations.

• Have Knowledge in switchgear panels of DB, SMDB, SDB boards.

• Doing the rectification of Errors and Preparing Wiring schedule.

• Have work experience in SECO, KAHRAMA, DEWA, QATAR (LV, CNR) jobs.

• Using AUTO CADD modelling, Intelligent software design – ELECDES, MS- office, PLC & SCADA (Automation) doing Drafting.

Internship:

• Done Internship At National Aerospace Laboratories – Advanced Composite design.

• Structured the Airframe using composite materials with adhesive and spring Action of various parts.

• By Examine Higher pressure at the joints using the Optimum bonding Adhesives
