PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Direct full scale plant and production equipment maintenance operations and manage plant and equipment alterations and remodeling. Experienced using MP2, CMMS, CELTRIX software application.
Monitor performance in all phases of electrical and maintenance applications and ensure optimum plant production levels. Recruit, manage, schedule and train department supervisor, technicians and maintenance support personnel. Facilitate personnel and safety meetings and key involvement on operations improvement committee.
Plan, organize and direct daily preventative and diagnostic inspections to determine repair requirements. Manage equipment installations and preventative, scheduled and emergency maintenance operations.
Troubleshoot logistics, plant operational, mechanical and maintenance problems and implement effective solutions consistent with overall maintenance plan. Thermoforming, Plastic blow forming and bottle forming experience, high speed packaging, bagging, pack lines, cartoners, processing equipment, and vision systems.
Repair all electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, Robotics, and hydraulic deficiencies and malfunctions including boiler systems in multi-plant operations.
Forecast plant and equipment replacement needs; manage department and equipment purchasing objectives; research, negotiate and approve project quotes and contracts; prepare and monitor department budgets.
Develop and implement electrical and mechanical design changes and equipment revisions, improving operational effectiveness and reducing down-time. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5S and Six Sigma Compliant
Manage insurance and fire inspections, as well as quality assurance procedures including ensuring maintenance and installation actions are completed and performed correctly.
