Turbo-Generators: 110/210 MW-11/15.75 KV Sets at different Thermal-Power Stations.

Transformers upto 100 MVA at different Thermal Power stations.

D.C.Motors upto 6700 HP at steel plants & other Thermal power stations.

A.C Synchronous motors upto 2000HP/11KV in Cement plants.

The above mentioned jobs of various capacities, Makes,Voltages & types were attended & successfully completed in different Thermal power stations,Hydro power stations,Steel plants/Rolling mills,Fertilizer,Cement plants,Sugarmills,Irrigation& Pumping Stations & other Heavy Industries etc.

Prior to BHEL-SAS Chandigarh,I was posted in BHEL-EMRP Bombay(Electrical Machines repair plant) from September 1977 to july 1984.

I have also attended the following jobs in BHEL-EMRP-Bombay.

Rewinding,Repairing,Overhauling,Testing of A.C & D.C Motors(A.C Motors Horizontal & Vertical type) upto 5000HP/11KV,Core building of stators,Recaging of Squirrel cage rotors,Rewinding of slip-ring Rotors,Reshafting of Rotors & Armatures,varnishing,drying(curing),manufacturing of HT Stator

coils &Armature coils with Class F insulation.Replacement of commutators of various capacities & makes and attended the overhauling of large D.C.Motors at site of sagarsamrat ship of ONGC in Bombay.

Prior to BHEL-EMRP-Bombay,I was posted in BHEL-SAS-New delhi from january 1976 to september 1977 & attended the similar jobs at site as already mentioned above in BHEL-SAS-Chandigarh.

Prior to BHEL-SAS New Delhi I have also worked in Electrical Repair shop of M/S Indian Iron & Steel company ltd Burnpur works Asansol(West-Bengal) for about 14 years from May 1961 to January 1976 (including my training period of about 2years)

Last pay drawn from BHEL-SAS Chandigarh is Rs 25000/pm + perks/allowances as per company rules in 1999.(Pre-Revised)
