Automatic Sensors Based Interior Wall Painting Robot.

Two Pneumatic Double acting cylinder mounted on platform which is guided by four Omnidirectional Wheels mounted on Dc motors maneuver with the help of four Ultrasonic sensors which can easily paint walls without stopping.

Tools used: DC Motors, Omnidirectional Wheels, Double acting Pneumatic Cylinders, Arduino Board 2560, Ultrasonic Sensors.

Prediction of spring back in v-bending of sheet metal.

In sheet metal forming process such as bending, stretching due to elasticity, metal try to regain its original shape called Springback which can lead to a major error in process.

Neuro XL Predictor software gives the accurate output by giving the sufficient input of material. The average percentage error we get is 4.799%, so the prediction of springback is almost correct.
