Worked as a Admin Asst. in Eng Seng Construction Pte Ltd. since 2006-2009.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data entry.

Prepare daily progress report and filing.

Prepare and maintain proper records of all correspondence and documents.

Attend the customers.

Handling customers enquirers, phone calls.

Admin support for everyday operation teams.

Control all incoming and outgoing materials update in daily inventory count.

Maintain petty cash and claim.

Manage issues by providing solutions at project sites.
