I graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department, centurion university of technology and

management odisha. Currently I am working in Power Mech Projects Limited Under Lalitpur

Power Generation Corporation Limited Lalitpur (U.P.) I educated and have knowledge of many

areas of thermal power plants such as Boiler, Turbine, Generator, Boiler auxiliaries and Turbine

• Program Title: Scheme Tracing of 110 MW Plant

My Contribution:

Traced and realized schemes of connection, design, construction and pipelines of various

parts of power plants such as feed water circuit, air flow path, steam fl ow cycle, coal mill

connection, turbine lubrication system, hydrogen gas system, cooling water cycle etc. I have

ample knowledge of power plant layout and design. I analyzed the construction and

orientation of balance of plant like Ash handling system, Coa l handling system, Firefighting

system etc.

• Program Title: On Job Power Plant Operation and Maintenance Training

My Contribution:

Understood the power plant operation viz. cold start up, Hot start up, synchronization,

Emergencies handling, sequential shut down and maintaining various plant operating

parameters. I also visualize the annual overhaul procedure of the 110 MW plant. During the

annual overhaul I have seen maintenance work of the coal mill, air pre heater, fans etc

1. Project Title: Study and Performance Improvement of Electrostatic Precipitator

My Contribution:

I have study the performance and improvement of Electrostatic Precipitator(ESP) with the

help of Moving Net Electrostatic Precipitator (MNEP). I have modified a conventio nal ESP

by changing some parts of it, such as I have introduced the moving collecting electrodes

rather than static so that we can minimize the Back Corona and Re-entrain losses.

2.fB.Tech Major Project:Design and fabrication of "Dual fuel bike"

It can operate two fuel one is liqueified petroleum gas (LPG) and another is petrol . The LPG has been

suggested as a convenient,clean burning less pollutant fuel LPG is among the many alternative ignition

engine. Therefore is also known as green fuel.the brake p owers BSFC,thermal efficiency,air fuel ratio.are

some of the parameters that need to be analyzed and optimally exploted for better engine performance.

Minor :design and fabrication of"Padel power hacksaw"

It consists sprocket rotates and the power is transmitted to the crank and slider mechanism.

This mechanism is used to rotate the crank disc.the disk which is having an extended rod is

connected to the sliding portion of the hacksaw directly by means of a linkage. The hacksaw is

passed through the guide ways by means of maintaining the cutting axis. As the user operated

the pedal the hack saw the various materials with less power .the dead weight is for

compressive force while the user operated the foot pedal.

• Participated in Kshitij for 15days in 2014 the techno managemenrt fest organized by IIT

Kharagpur WB

• .Participated in National workshop on software application for production development in

manufacturing 2013 organized by the department of mechanical engineering .
