5.2x525MW Monnet Thermal Power Plant, Angul, Orissa, India. – Lead Design Engineer as Owner’s consultant managing detail structural design activity for BTG area and Review activity for BOP area. BTG detail design of Turbine Generator foundation and Turbine Hall, Mill Building and Mill equipment foundation, Boiler and Bottom Ash foundation, Electrostatic Precipitator foundation. 26.Prototype- Nitric acid plant, during June-Aug 2000: This plant produces Nitric acid. Worked as Lead engineer for the design of six pipe racks for six plants of 1500, 1000, 750 and 500 (3-nos) TPD capacity in Euro-code.

27.Supreme Petrochemicals Ltd., Nagothane, Maharashtra, during 2000: This plant produces polymers like High Impact Poly Styrene and General Purpose Poly Styrene. Worked as Lead engineer for the 2nd line revamp of this project. The HIPS-II building was analysed for revamp load and new members for strengthening the structure were prescribed. In Pelletiser area additional new pit was designed.

28.Supreme Petrochemicals Ltd., Nagothane, Maharashtra, during 2000: This plant produces polymers like High Impact Poly Styrene and General Purpose Poly Styrene. Designed the effluent pit, fire / raw water tank and ring wall fdn, dyke wall for tanks in the tank firm area.

29.Chemplast Sanmar Ltd, Suspension PVC plant, capacity 150,000 tonnes per annum, Cuddalore, Tamilnadu, India, during 1999: This plant is situated 200 km. from Chennai (Madras) and 30 km. from Pondichery, produces PVC. Sales offer for this vast project using Staad and Excel software for Chilled water unit, Brine unit, Plant air & compressor unit, nitrogen storage, Switch-yard and metering room, Polymerization building, VCM recovery building, Dissolver unit, Analyzer room, Tank, Heat exchanger and horizontal vessel foundations.

30.Agrevo, Hoechest, Ankleshwar, Gujarat, during 1999: This plant produces pesticides and other agricultural products. Designed revamping of plant building, pipe rack structure, storage sheds, supporting legs for equipments and vessels and selection of tenders. Used STAAD/Pro software for analysis of the structures.

31.Bitterfeld, Germany, during 1999: This is a steel plant. Designed special pipe supports using Din codes. Around twelve hundred pipe supports were designed.

32.Supreme Petrochemicals Ltd., Nagothane, Maharashtra, during 1999: This plant produces polymers like High Impact Poly Styrene and General Purpose Poly Styrene The plant is having a HIPS plant, Rubber Dissolver and Bagging plant. Designed HIPS and Rubber Dissolver unit, foundation for Vertical Conveyer system for Rubber Dissolver unit and the extension of existing storage area.

33.Mukand Steel, Thane, Maharashtra, during 1998: This plant produces steel. Designed the supports for electrically operated gantry crane, compressor house, and some equipment foundations.

34.Petrofac, Indian Oil Corporation, Baroda, Gujarat, during 1998: This is a petrochemical plant. Designed the ring wall foundations for two tanks of ten-meter and twelve-meter diameter.

35.L&T DHDS Plant of IOCL, Panipat, Haryana, during 1998: This is a petrochemical plant. Designed the main plant building, heat exchanger foundations, buried equipment foundations, ring wall foundations.

36.Research & Development work, during 1998: Exploration and validation of Structural Analysis and Design program “STAAD”, Preparing standard user table for built-up sections for feeding data to STAAD, Lotus and Excel worksheet for “Design of Ring Wall Foundation for Tanks”, worksheet for Seismic load calculation etc.
