Role : RPA Developer (Blue Prism)

Description: The Anthem Corporation is American health insurance company which offers various types of health insurance plans. The primary goal of the project is to help propagate automation by identify existing huge time taking, repetitive, manual tasks and provide innovative automated solutions. A centralized management platform manages critical automation activities by optimizing and continuously improving processes. This resulted in enhancing quality through error reduction and cost saving. Done capturing user data, retrieving details of customers based on key words, email automation, few surface techniques etc.

Responsibilities:

Designed automation solutions using Blue Prism RPA platform in different Environments.

Created reusable automation framework with Bots and reusable libraries with data externalization for RPA implementation.

Configured and deployed Process Studio activities in control room and configured Multi BOT Architecture setups and managing bot's workload using Blue Prism Work Queue.

This software supports invoicing the reports and invoiced data should be stored in pdf format in desired location automatically by using RE (Robotic Enterprise) framework. We have deployed around 15 bots, running 13 processes and handling ~1 million Requests-per/year.

Responsibilities:

Involved in Developing, Testing, and Deployment of bots in Blue Prism and Uipath Enterprise platform.
