PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT with major retail chain store, Construction Services. Scope of work: Additions, major rehabs, take overs and tenant improvement projects. Ground up and existing space expansion. Experienced in coordinating multiple projects.

1970 to 1978:

Heavy construction, power plants, processing plants. Commercial buildings and tilt ups. Retail office space. Government housing, conventional and prefab. Residential, tract, prefab erection and remodeling.

1960 to 1964:

Military Service: US Coast Guard, Station Base Sand Island, Hawaii. Base remodeling crew. Honorable Discharge July 1964.
