● Participated in the entire eight month compensation cycle from benchmarking data to implementing bonus pay at the end of the cycle. Provided day to day support to the Benefits and Compensation department. Worked closely with HR and line management to enhance compensation company wide.

● Assisted in and conducted training of compensation & line managers for implementing the annual compensation cycle:

● Designed an online and print training manual for mentors of the geoscience new hires

● Identified gaps in the training provided to African mentees and to their mentors and recommended additional training resources

● Interviewed U.S/ U.K based mentors and mentees to analyze the U.S geoscience mentoring program & made short term and long term recommendations to the U.S geoscience mentoring program in the areas of communication of the program to the participants, recognition of mentors, establishment of guidelines for the mentors and duration of the program

● Interviewed African mentees in the U.S and their mentors to analyze their experiences of the geoscience mentoring program and made long term recommendations to improve the orientation and assimilation of African mentees
