Safety Insurance - 2000-2003 - IBM AS400 Shop, I ran the Production shift alone which consisted of running scheduled jobs that create output and special forms. The output was printed and distributed. The printers I worked with are Xerox N32, Infoprint 62 and 3000, and IBM 4245. IBM 3590, 3590E, 3494 are the cartridge drives I used for backups. I know alot about the troubleshooting all equipment that I utilize.

Harvard Vanguard Health Care- 1990- 2000 - Multi-platform Computer Room - use to be Harvard Community Health Care when I started. After combining with Pilgrim Health Care they became Harvard Pilgrim HC. And now are HVHC. Mainframes - IBM ES9000 and CA7 scheduler, JES2, HP3000, Digital Vax, and IBM AS400. This was a muti-tasking job. We ran jobs which created output and updates. Printed output and distributed. (decolating and bursting skills also) I have utilized multiple printers and tape/cart drives. IBM 3290 and 4290 cart drives. I have used the Xerox 2030 also. As you can see there are quite a few devices used in my background. I hope I did not mix up the numbers, point being, I have seen most in my career and know how to run and fix most of them.

Stone and Webster - 1985-1990 - IBM mainframe and shop - Ran jobs, monitored system and ranbackup and have experience with distribution.
