Interviewed stakeholders and to determine the “To-Be” disposition for the Java based MDHE Student Portal website for Minority Teaching Scholarship program. Used Agile methodology and JIRA Confluence project management software to arrange 2 week sprints and create backlogs.

Documented and provided a Gap analysis of the qualities of on-line (Smartcard),off-line (magnetic stripe cards) and incumbent paper based voucher system. Compared the existing paper-based WIC voucher benefits system and existing EBT-based WIC systems used by other States throughout the USA. Gave a presentation on the WIC EBT Gap analysis to Tennessee WIC managers and supervisors.

Provided Gap Analysis on the new “To-Be” SSA Web Based Disability Claims Processing System (DCPS) Use Case documents.
