Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform indoor environmental quality(IEQ) investigations in response to specific client concerns, such as investigation of Air Quality after a fire in a building. Perform periodic IEQ monitoring.

Perform water quality investigations.

Assist with engineering studies such as HVAC Airflow Assessment, Multi-point Pressure studies, Pollutant pathway studies, Green building commissioning and other innovative services.

Perform with environmental site assessment projects as needed including Phase I/II ESAs and OSHA compliance programs. Data evaluation and technical writing. Assist in equipment maintenance including calibration and inventory. Perform building inspections.

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees. Conduct interviews for potential applicants.
