Making calls to invite prominent Alumni for the events.

Mailing e - invites for events.

Attending calls & visitors in AA office.

Mailing material such as write ups, photographs, press releases to AA Website operator.

Enrolling new members.

Handling AA counter in campus to create awareness amongst students - current & past.

Banking related to membership subscription & tallying accounts.

Coordinating with sponsors & event personnel.

Handling banking work which is at a peak near about events.

Assisting with the post event accounts procedure.

Ordering & distribution of ID cards for members.

Assimilating data of past students from college & University records physically & converting them into digital records for the development of the Master Data Base of the AA.
