Doing maintenance on machines like Disa machine, Cnc, Arc furnace, Ladle furnace, Cooling towers, Tundish milling machine, Drilling machine,Sand mixer, Sand blowers, Moulding machine, Overhead cranes, Cooling drum, Cooling bed, Hydraulic pumps(gear and piston pumps), Water pumps, Ropery wire machine, Conveyors, Bucket elevators, Vibrators, Shredder machine, Extraction fans, Bag houses.
The above equipment consists of hydraulic,pneumatic, valves, couplings, gearboxes, plumber blocks, bearings, pumps, motors and etc.

Install & assemble machines according to their drawings, standard and following the safety procedure of hand out prescribed installation or assembly.
Attend breakdowns and planned maintenance on the above mentioned equipment following the safety procedure and precautions and the ISO standard.
Preparing spares on daily basis in the work shop.
Replace of chains, sprockets and pulley
Doing daily plant checks and initiate action plans as required for maintenance.
Carry out welding, drilling and tapping works.
