Title: Recondition of 3 Jaw Chuck Lathe Machine

Role: Project Lead

Team: 10 members

Duration: 2 months

Description: The objective of the project is to modify an old 3 Jaw Chuck Manual Lathe Machine to achieve the better conditioned and more efficient machine. This has been achieved by eliminating backlash in gears, change condition of the lathe, replacing corrosive parts and gear oil.

Title: Air Brake System in Indian Railways

Role: Project Lead

Company: South Central Railways Carriage repair shop, Trupathi

Description: The objective of the project is to identify defects and modify the twin pipe Air Brake system in LHB coach. The Air Brake works only between 100 to 150 kmph. It needs to be improved to work till 300 to 400 kmph. This has been done by modifying mechanical parts to also improve the efficiency of the brakes.

Internship:

1.Attended for Industrial Training for 6 months, from may 2013 to November 2013 at Sree Nandi Automotives Nandyal, an authorized company by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
