Responsible for oversite of 241 HR programs, 258 HR system updates and primary contact for 300 HR directives. Managed high vis HR reorganization, implemented new HR construct, tailored 117 authorizations valued over $8.7M. Established commander support staff prioritization plan, 7 squadrons/11 authorizations/2.5K personnel affected Reinvigorated mobility process, engaged with 12 wing agencies, developed 21 countermeasures, saved 1K man hours.
