3/2007 – 8/2017 Honeywell Sensing and Control, Freeport, IL Credit Analyst Reduce the delinquency and improved delivery time by developing a dunning procedure. Able to improve cash flow and sales by resolving and correcting the root cause of the problem with major distribution and the government. Reviewed deductions taken by distributors pertaining to pricing programs and sent acceptable deductions to correct profit center. On deductions that weren’t acceptable I worked with distributors to get the problem resolved or the deduction paid, which reduced the 90+ past due. Supervised a Bi-Monthly Credit Team meeting where accounts over 90+ were reviewed. Sent comparison reports to management on the 90+ and Bad Debt. Analyze credit references, financial statements and Dun & Bradstreet reports to determine credit limits and terms. Reviewed and approved orders that are on hold. Developed contracts and financing for international accounts, which improved delivery time and cash flow. Resolved problems with customs in getting product shipped and paid.
