Job Responsibility:

Implementing and maintaining high standard of cleanliness and Sanitation in the production and outlets to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and HACCP.

Responsible for monitoring and implementing CCP, SOP, SSOP and GMPs to achieve quality excellence across the production process.

Design, Implement application, documentation, record drafting verification of HACCP & ISO 22000 standards at the unit.

Conduct Suppliers audit and coordinate for any food safety related issues, also conduct internal food safety hygiene audit and follow up on the corrective action.

Carry out and ensure food safety hygiene HACCP, training to work force and core team member, in house training for all Food handlers/managers as per corporate standards and HACCP requirement.

Ensure the completion and regular view of risk assessment for all work equipment and operations.

Coordinate the development of health and safety policies, systems of work and procedures.

Provide regular report to the Management on relevant health and safety

Establishing a structured program of health and safety training throughout the company.

Good working knowledge in effective pest control system, and waste management system.

Coordinate with other departments within the organization for any food safety, environment health &Safety issues & as HS Team leader

Maintain all the HACCP related documents and verify the records, conduct monthly HACCP meetings.

Regular inspection of entire premises to ensure compliance to food safety, food hygiene, and HACCP standard.

Liaise with the local authorities for any food safety, environment, and health to ensure compliance to local regulation

Excellent in ensuring that health and safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
