Project: Supplier Diversity Reporting

Description:

This project was for the procurement department to analyze and report supplier diversity goals and achievements. It has a series of dashboards that play an important role in tracking supplier diversity goals and to identify gaps where there are short falls. The dashboard covers Spend Analysis, Supplier analysis, diversity demographics and benchmark analysis. Data sources were Impala and SQL Server. Alteryx was used for Data Preparation and Tableau for Visualization and Reporting.

Responsibilities:

Interacting with multiple business teams to collect the requirements and arrive at data and reporting specs

Processed the spend and goals data in Alteryx in such a way that it is suitable for reporting

Description:

The claims analytics factory was a group within the company's IT division to churn out analytical reports and operational reports. Tableau was used for Analytics. Some of the workbooks developed involved claim analysis on region-state-county-demographics, Claims denial analysis based on denial reason/code and profitability analysis on insurance products. Data source was MS SQL Server.

The RDM in turn had data fed from Sales Force and EDW. Competitor data was obtained through data streams.
