Project Coordinator at Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority (Aug. 2001 to Sept. 2006)

Monitoring the $206 million Hazard Mitigation Grant Program under the New Secure Home Program for the construction of 2,000 housing units. Compliance with the federal laws governing the use of funds received under the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and state laws.
