Designed and set up Saturn program inclusive of the complete automation process at Magna International, Inc. plant in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Designed, facilitated and implemented a complete injection molding operation for a new plant in Chivasso, Italy. This plant was built to supply FIAT with 2-shot and insert technology products.
Transferred more than 1,000 processes and molds into production together with all the required quality documents, process flows and parameter settings via internal PPAP technique for many different technologies like IMD, Insert molding, GID, WIT, stack molds, etc.
Supervised and managed a team of 20 skilled technicians and engineers.
Moved the tooling processes and equipment for the VW Passat program to SAIC/China, inclusive of the PPAP and customer training, spending six weeks in Shanghai to oversee the implementation process.
In six months, developed and set up seven injection molds, robots, secondary equipment and Engel injection molding machines for Daimler Chrysler PM49 Program at Engel, Austria. After the initial set up in Austria, was responsible for the technical and logistical transfer of this program to the company’s new plant in Saline, Michigan.
