Construction of 3100-Meter-Long of Main Breakwater with Rock core 10 – 1000ks and Armour rock of 2- 4 tons (7.5 Million Tons) and Lee breakwater of 600 meters as per gradient and survey works of breakwater. Construction of sea wall and wave wall. Placing of 40,000 numbers of accropode II blocks of 5 & 6 Cum.

Break Water Construction

1.Formation of breakwater from Fishery Spur to Roundhead 1. Continue end on dumping along with marine support from spur towards the main & remaining alignment of breakwater.

2. Temporary load out facility could be used from two alternatively locations in TN 3. Filter and toe will be built on both sides of the breakwater

4. Self-Propelled Split Hopper Barges and Dumb Transport Barges shall be loaded with stones and taken to location of dumping.

5. As the stretch proceeds, necessary protection of primary and secondary armour will be provided using combination of marine placement and end on dumping.

6. These activities would continue till completion and as permitted by limiting weather conditions.

The proposed project is located at west of TARAJE strait, Puerto town, in Banter province Indonesia and it faces towards south of the Indian Ocean. And it is about 55km from the Princess Port. According to the requirement of the factories and the subsequent production and sales, the appropriate import and export berth will be constructed.

Construction and development of Coal Terminal at EQ1 Berth at Visakhapatnam Port

Projects: Planning, construction and development of Coal Terminal including local government deals, land purchasing from locals mine, Port & Railway land 130 km long with 100 mtr stretch

MEC coal is developing the coal mine Muara Wahau district of East Kalimantan. The annul coal production begins in 2012 in 17 MT per Annam and increases progressively up to 34MTPA by 2014. The coal is to be transported by railway system from the mine to the port located about 130km away.

A ship loader jetty is to be built for loading of the coal from the on shore storage area at the port to the berth located about 4000 mtr away from the shore line.

The berth is cater for a range of bulk carriers from Handy max of 50, 000 DWT to Capsize of 240,000 DWT .Dual quadrant ship loaders are to be installed for loading of coal to bulk carriers.

A.Construction of Multi-purpose terminal::

The work consists of bulk & chemical jetty: - Approach 572 mtr long x 12 Mtr wide and 216.5mtr x31 mtr. (Western berth) with a seabed level of 15 mtr below char datum and a eastern jetty 166 mtr. x 31mtr. (Eastern berth) with a sea bed level 15 mtr blow char datum. Both jetties connected by a 202 Mtr long and 10mtr wide access bridge along with barge jetty. 5nos mooring dolphin installed adjacent to the bulk & chemical jetty.

The basic Structural elements for this project consists of

572 mtr. Long, Main approach and 12-mtr width: Circular hallows pre cast pre stressed concrete piles. (1.2 mtr dia83 Vertical piles & 61 Raker piles)
