Managing timesheets and vacation forms.

Carrying out inspections on all plant electrical equipment.

Assisting in the hiring, selection and training of staff.

Prepare as-built shop drawings, oversee and coordinate commissioning activities for Main Distribution Boards (MDB), Sub-Main Distribution Boards (SMDB), Distribution Boards (DB), lighting, generators and elevator with accordance to the method of statements.

Ensure that the commissioning obligations of the project are carried out in accordance with the terms of contract, quality and schedule in conformance with good practice of commissioning standards.

Ensure all quality control records like test reports, equipment calibration certificates, design modification requests, commissioning anomaly reports, etc. for the works are progressively accumulated, indexed and available to support a phased systematic acceptance.

Manage the documentation for electrical commissioning such as taking over certificates, as built drawings, manufacturer manuals and instructions, snagging lists, test procedures, risk assessment and health and safety method statement, end of commissioning reports.
