Working for Both Huawei and Nokia Project as Acting RNO. 2. Monitoring on daily performance by NBH and BBH reports and analyzing TCH Drop, SD Drop, TCH Block, SD Blocking, HOSR, & TCH Assignment.

1. SCFT of Integrated Site and resolving the issues faced by Drive Test Engineer such as Calls not happening, call drop, no Handover happening, no cell re-selection, Poor quality, and Poor Dedicated Level and Handover Failure. 2. Performing Cluster optimization and in this firstly we have to perform Cluster Pre Drive and then analyzing this pre Drive, make change and perform post drive and then submit it to customer after meeting our contract KPI. 3. Making & Comparing Power Point Presentation for Pre and Post Optimization. 4. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS: - Includes making necessary changes to minimize customer complaints & providing best possible solution for customer satisfaction.
