Roles and responsibilities:

Technosoft using one tool i.e Anchor, in Hyderabad team I only handel, Created & updated each and every status like Requirement creation,Req assign to team, modifye each and every still profile rejected or select on boarding in Client location

Maintailnig Delloitte Toool i.e Vendor Managemet CID,profile validation,scheduled,updating, every day checking this tool if get any scheduled share to team consolated sent Deloitte updated resources stasuse in anchor,via mail also we get update

Key Result Areas

Formatting the raw CVs from the team as per the client's requirement

Generating Reports and share to Manager

Responsible for arranging the Cabs for prospective employees during client interviews (Dell & Deloitte)

Responsible for arranging internal interviews, coordinating with the panel & getting the feedbacks internally.

Maintaing the Requirements data from the client, and sending the reports to lead & manager whenever required.

Generating the Master data & Daily reports after retrieving from the team

and sending consolidated to lead on daily/ weekly basis.

Handling the New Joinee, Medical Insurance & ESI Data and sending reports frequently to HR.

Handling the Joining formalities

Responsible for issuing Appointment letter & Offer letter to employees after collecting from HR.

Coordinating with HR on New Hire Joining formalaties like Collection of Documents and Checking the Documents

Coordinating Teliphonic Interviews checking with candidate and Panel avalabulity.

Handling the complete process . Screening and short listing resumes, taking personal interviews, Coordination with the different functional heads.

Job Responsibilities :-.

MIS reporting to the supervisors regarding the quality and proficiency of work.

Day to day updatations of daily trackers on excel, based on raw data provided by associates.

Generation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly MS-excel reports and submitting it to management

Maintaining data, generating reports and charts as per the organisations’ requirement.

Creating reports by using excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES, FILTERS.,etc

Creating drop-down list option in excel, by using Data Validation tool for easy access.

Maintaining daily candidates line-ups of each recruiters for performance review

Preparing details of daily interview drives which happen at Waterleaf

Making spreadsheets of details of candidates of who are getting offered through a company, and who are getting rejected in the interview.

Preparing date-wise recruiters candidates turn ups & drops for the interview to office.

Maintaining client-wise (i.e., company wise) turn-ups, drops, offers, of candidates.

Maintaining online database of the different excel trackers related to management information, recruiters performance and revenue from each recruiter towards the company.

Follow up with the candidates till the candidate gets joined in the respective company.


I have a good level knowledge in MS Access & Excel Functions and working on Google sheets.

Pivot tables Design and Option Menu commands.

Data Validation(Numbers, Decimals, List, Text, Date, Time and Custom Validation)
