The Responsibilities includes:
Site inspection with approved checklist for the effective compliance status of UA/UC.
Ensuring TBT.
Preparing JSA.
Preparing CAPA.
Conducting fatal prevention training (FP-Training e.g.: Height, Hot, Excavation, Lifting & Rigging, Scaffolding and confined space Training) for both employees & workmen.
Conducting induction training for both new employees & workmen.
Conducting safety committee meeting and follow the compliance status of pending points of monthly safety committee meeting.
Preparing accident investigation report.
Conducting fire & mock drill.
