Planning and Inventory Supervisor (2013 – Present)

Responsible for the review of orders, schedules, delivery dates, and inventory levels. Manage 4 employees.

Achieved on-time delivery of 6,448 orders 95.9% of the time for fiscal year ending 2017.

Reduced overstock / obsolete inventory by more than 41%.

Reduced lead time in 4 areas from 25 days to 13 days.
