2001-2004-Abbott Labs-thru Manpower-Columbus, Ohio-Senior Resources Manager-Vendor Operations-Responsible for the Managed Services Program for all contract IT, Engineering and Clinical/Scientific staffing for multiple Abbott locations outside of Illinois. Managed Vendor Relations, On Site Staff and UltraSource web based order fullfillment system. Key member of the team that implemented the VMS Program at Abbott locations nationwide.

1999-2001-Netigy Corp. Dublin,O.-Regional HR Manager-Recruited by this start up e-business and network consulting and Professional Services company to hire and manage a team of recruiters and open and staff offices in the US and Canada, Managed the core Recruiting team for Netigy’s Asian joint venture and provided HR support to Field Offices while personally filling key technical, management and sales positions. Managed Recruiting teams that grew the company from 80 to 800 employees. Netigy ceased operations due to a lack of venture capital funding.

1997-1999-Interactive Business Systems-Oak Brook, Illinois-Director of Corporate Recruiting-Accepted this newly created position with the responsibility for all nationwide Recruiting programs for a major IT Staffing and Professional services firm. Standardized recruiting programs, metrics and training for 50+recruiters in 15 offices in the US and Canada. Developed retention programs that improved retention of staff by over 35%. Developed a modular training program for recruiters of all experience levels.

And Denver, Co.-Managed a team of 6-8 Recruiters in 8 office locations from California to Ohio for this major supplier of RDBMS Professional Services and Training. 1994-1995-MIACO-Englewood, Colorado-Director of Staffing-hired as the first Recruiting/HR Professional by this Oracle Consulting and training firm that was later acquired by Computer Associates. Hired and trained 3 recruiters for 2 new Regional Offices. Thru personal recruiting helped the company attain record revenues and increase the size of the staff by 100%

1992-1994-Solbourne Computer-Longmont, Co.-Staffing Manage

Joined this manufacturer of Technical Workstations to help them in their transition to a provider of Oracle Financials solutions. Hired over 100 exempt employees in 12 months with 35% cost savings.

1988-1992-Auto-trol Tecnology-Denver, Co-Human Resources Manager-Managed Human Resources Department, Pay Roll, HRIS, 2 HR Reps and 1 administrator for this international provider of computer graphics solutions, supported a Field organization with over 30 US Offices and 500+ employees. Recruited and hired a VP of Sales that saved the company over 45k in search fees. Promoted 2 times in 12 months in recognition of my performance.

1985-1988-Buckman-Enochs-Ohio-Technical Sales Recruiter-Recruited nationally for Technical Sales and Sales support personnel. Started with no client companies and no candidates and built a highly successful practice. Recruited by client, Auto-trol.
