Extensive experience in Quality control procedures for the Constructions of Railway Works, Metro Rail project, Buildings, High Rise Tower, Shopping Mall and Villas.

Structural works experienced in Raft Foundation, RCC Slab, Columns, Beams, Pilling, Waterproofing, Pile Caps, Piers, Diaphragm walls, Tunnel Pre cast Segments, Post Tensioning.

Finishing works experienced in Block works, Plaster, Paint, Gypsum Ceiling, Tilling, Dry wall partition works etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures that Contract specifications, procedures and Subcontractor’s documents are available in Site office with the Appropriate Revision, Supervision of activities performance, arranges all Subcontractors / Vendors documents review ensures such documents meet Contract specifications, QMS and legal requirements, reviews and arranges final QC dossier for handing over to the client.

Maintain proper filling system (as per Organization procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the documents, strives to have a proactive approach in problem solving, develops and ensures implementation/compliance with Project Quality Plan (PQP), Project Quality related procedures for document control, change control, material Control/inspection/testing, material inspection & test plan.

Manages the nonconformance issues to their Resolution in liaison with responsible party

(Subcontractor / Vendor), reviews all inspection reports & maintains them in a manner, which allows all personnel concerned access to results.

Primary inspection during execution works, to ensure the ongoing works as per approved CMS approved drawings and project specification.

Preparation and Implementation of MS, ITP and Check list for the different kind of works of the project.

Formalize a procedure for the notification of Witness and Hold Points to the appropriate person(s).

To check all each material delivered on the site, to ensure the received materials in accordance with relevant order, standards &specifications.

Raising MVRs to the consultant check, to verify the material delivered on site as per approved MARs (Material approval Request), project standards and specifications.

Preparation for proposal of correction and Corrective action against the issued non-compliance.

Non-compliance Report (NCRs) issued to execution team / sub-contractors for the works not comply with project specification or approved CMS. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
