*Timely calibration of weigh equipment i.e. weighs feeders (300TPH), solid flow meter, solid flow feeder (500 TPH) and belt weigher, BIN (120T) (schenck & transweigh) to maintain its accuracy.

*Timely Calibrations of oxygen & co analyser, (siemens make oxymat-61 and ultramat-23) troubleshooting of problems & day to day maintenance of it.

*Hands on experience in maintenance and calibration of field instruments such as temperature transmitters), temperature scanners, flow transmitters, pressure transmitter, vibration transmitters, flow switch, pressure switch, motion sensors & its controllers, level sensors, boot strap switch, dust monitoring opacity.

*Experience of working in low rating vfds such as ABB ACS550, SIEMENS MM440.

*Hands of experience in maintenance & working of cooler grate (IKN COOLER).

*Hands on experience in maintenance of kiln positioning system, kiln shell scanner, cooler and kiln CCTV camera .
